A NOVA TEORIA SOCIAL

A UNIÃO SOVIÉTICA como força de mudança social era uma Grande Mentira. Ao pedir Clareza e propor uma revisão da Teoria Econômica, Gorbatchov desmontou a estrutura arcaica da Ditadura em nome do Proletariado ou Maioria. Era necessário fazer uma nova análise dos Problemas Sociais.

Nesta publicação, antes mesmo do Prefácio se fazem sete cartas convocando para o Pacto Social os Sete Segmentos das Nações. Isso representa a volta à Filosofia Universal do Homem como a verdadeira finalidade das Sociedades. Na Introdução se mostra a incoerência dos teóricos da Luta de Classes querendo suprimir a contrária sem procurar a síntese e ressalta a necessidade de cooperar. Na primeira parte já se abordam as três classes – Alta, Média e Baixa – por dentro das sete funções ou segmentos sociais. Passa a seguir à verificação das formas de governo Ditatoriais e na terceira parte explica “As Razões Históricas da Falência da Economia Estatal”. Ao abordar no quarto capítulo o Materialismo e o Idealismo volta a expor os sete Segmentos da Nação como o verdadeiro sustentáculo físico das sociedades. A Economia Dirigida é a crítica do quinto capítulo. A Educação que falha e leva à falsidade e à Violência é o sexto título. Com as “Razões Invisíveis das coisas Visíveis” atinge a obra o seu centro de gravidade, no mais extenso material e que precisa ser lido e relido para mais à frente avaliar as demais posições filosóficas que podem levar às soluções. No titulo número oito vai mostrar que a Pequena Burguesia, Classe Média é o Segredo da Paz Social. Mais uma análise envolvendo ouro, moeda e produção estão no nono título conduzir ao problema tributário. Já havia acontecido todo o estudo da Guia Unificada dos Impostos. E o décimo capítulo que resume a visão para 1993 sobre essa proposta que, se tivesse sido executada nessa data, muito sofrimento teria sido evitado. A transcrição de parte da entrevista de Galbraith de 22.11.92 no jornal O Estado de São Paulo, em duas observações marcantes, se completa com a tese de J. Sachs para a Seriedade que deve presidir o manejo econômico dos tributos e das taxas de juros. Entre essa análise e o texto que aborda o Imposto UNIFICADO fica a CONCLUSÃO com um texto aparentemente solto (O PAÍS TEM SOLUÇÃO) e no fim há um bate-bola de perguntas e respostas sobre os aspectos relevantes do pré-projeto de IMPOSTO que rateia os tributos de modo a poupar a Classe Média, segredo das Soluções Sociais, colchão que evita os grandes conflitos das sociedades.

Embora pareça complexa, a tese dos sete segmentos socioeconômicos é uma coerente NOVA TEORIA SOCIAL, simples e compreensível para todos.

THE NEW SOCIAL THEORY

 

The SOVIET UNION as force of social change was a Great Lie. When asking Clarity and to propose a revision of the Economical Theory, Gorbatchov disassembled the archaic structure of the Dictatorship on behalf of the Proletariat or Majority. It was necessary to do a new analysis of the Social Problems. 

In this publication, before even of the Foreword they are made seven letters summoning for the Social Pact the Seven Segments of the Nations. That represents the turn to the Man's Universal Philosophy as the true purpose of the Societies. In the Introduction the incoherence of the theoretical of the Fight of Classes is shown wanting to suppress the contrary without seeking the synthesis and it emphasizes the need to cooperate. In the first part the three classes are already approached - High, Average and Low - inside of the seven functions or social segments. It starts to proceed to the verification in the Dictatorial government ways and in the third part it explains "The Historical Reasons of the Bankruptcy of the State Economy". When approaching in the fourth chapter the Materialism and the Idealism exposes the seven Segments of the Nation again as the true physical support of the societies. The Driven Economy is the critic of the fifth chapter. The Education that fails and it takes to the falsehood and the Violence is the sixth title. With the Invisible "Reasons of the Visible things" it reaches the work his/her center of gravity, in the most extensive material and that he/she needs to be read and read again for more ahead to evaluate the other philosophical positions that can take to the solutions. In I title him/it number eight will show that the Small Bourgeoisie, Middle class is Social Paz's Secret. One more analysis involving gold, coin and production is in the ninth title to drive to the tax problem. Already the whole study of the Unified Guide of the Taxes had happened. And the tenth chapter that summarizes the vision for 1993 on that proposal that, if it had been executed in that date, a lot of suffering would have been avoided. The transcription of part of the interview of Galbraith 22.11.92 in the newspaper THE State of São Paulo, in two outstanding observations, is completed with J. Sachs' theory for the Seriousness that should preside the economical handling of the tributes and of the interest rates. Among that analysis and the text that it approaches the UNIFIED Tax it is the CONCLUSION with an apparently free text (THE COUNTRY HAS SOLUTION) and in the end there are a soccer game of questions and answers on the relevant aspects of the pré-project of TAX that it divides the way tributes to save the Middle class, secret of the Social Solutions, mattress that avoids the great conflicts of the societies. 

Although it seems complex, the theory of the seven socioeconomic segments is a NEW coherent THEORY SOCIAL, simple and comprehensible for all.
