artificial intelligence to develop this form we already have to perfect our own
which is very much better. Besides we are already in it, it is much less costly
to do this and it pays for itself.

Eu desafio Musk e aqueles que falam sobre inteligência artificial
para desenvolver esta forma que já temos que aperfeiçoar o nosso próprio, que é
muito melhor. Além disso, já estamos nele, é muito menos dispendioso para fazer
isso e ele paga por si mesmo.

Musk said: “Imagine that you were very confident that
we were going to be visited by super intelligent aliens in let’s say ten years
or 20 years at the most. Digital super-intelligence will be like an alien. Deep

on Earth — I think that is a dangerous situation.”
Musk thinks it is so dangerous that his first piece of
advice to world leaders was that they pay close attention to research on
artificial intelligence to make sure that scientists are not “carried away.”

Musk pensa que é tão perigosa que sua primeira peça de
advertência aos líderes mundiais foi que eles prestem atenção à pesquisa sobre
inteligência artificial para tornar seguro que cientistas não sejam levados
embora.

Filosofia. Onde estão os alienis? Pode ser que estejam entre nós. Eu não sei.
Algumas pessoas pensam que eu sou um alieni. Eu não sou, mas com certeza eu não
disse que não o seria?... Se existe superinteligências alienis fora daqui,
então eles provavelmente estão observando-nos. Isto nos parece bem inteligível,
e nós não somos desenvolvidos bastante pra fazer isso.
Ele previu através de cálculos guardados em envelope que outra
civilização avançada na Via Látea interessados somente em viagens
interestelares podem ter desenvolvido a habilidade para viajar ao redor de 10
por cento da velocidade da luz e povoado a galáxia inteira em apenas dez
milhões de anos ou quase.
OBSERVAÇÃO FINAL – O GEA nos tem avisado que os programas espaciais
possuem mesmo finalidades de desenvolvimento de armas, por trás de
financiamentos dos governos, mas estão ainda com uma motivação alieni porque os
extra-terrestres precisam dessas viagens. Meus amigos me dizem que espere e
observe, pois poderemos um dia acordar com o tratado das potências terrestres
feito com os “visitantes”, para construir o veículo em que farão sua última
carga de ouro e deixarão a Terra para nosso Guia que nos colocou na Terra com
Inteligência Artificial, poder ajudar no Grande Avanço de nossa evolução.
